Premiere Orlando is open exclusively to members of the professional beauty industry and not open to the general public. No family, friends, or anyone under the age of 16 (including infants) will be permitted. Verification of credentials is required for all attendees. How Do I Register to Exhibit?

Click on contract and terms. Fill out the contract and please be sure to include a 50% deposit.

Is My Booth Carpeted?

The booth does not include carpet but can be rented through Freeman the decorator. You may also provide your own flooring. All booths are required to have flooring. Please note drayage fees may apply.

Is Electricity Included in My Booth?

Electric will not be included with your booth rental but you can order electricity through the convention center.

Is There a Cancellation Deadline and Fee?

All contracts require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

Do We Offer Lead Retrieval?

Premiere Orlando offers LeadGen as an add-on feature. EventsPass LeadGen app is designed to make your event experience better, faster, smarter. With just one scan you will capture your customer’s basic regis­tration information. All packages allow you to save notes, rate leads, and to further qualify your lead, add any additional customized questions to your package. How Can I Get a Class to Educate?

Please click on the education application, fill out the information and send the application to our education department.

Can I Setup My Own Booth?

Yes, you may set up your own booth.

Can I Carry My Product Into My Booth?

Yes, you may carry in your own product as long as you are not using a shipping company.

When Will I Receive My Assigned Booth Location?

A booth confirmation will be emailed to you 60 days prior to the show.

Is WI-Fi Included in My Booth?

No, Wi-Fi is not included. Wi-Fi can be ordered from Smart City.

How Do I Register My Booth Staff?

A password & link will be emailed to your company 30 days prior to the show.

Where Do I Pick up My Exhibitor Badge?

Exhibitor credentials are Digital Only will be available 30 days prior to the show. A password and link will be emailed from EventsPass, our registration partner.

Where Can I Park?

You can park at the West Parking Lot or Destination Pkwy Parking Garage. Please note; Parking Fees Apply and are subject to change.

How Can I Acquire Models for Our Booth Demonstrations?

All exhibitors are responsible for hiring their own models. A list of Modeling Agencies can be found in our Service Kit under Exhibitor Information.

Where Is Self-Unloading Located?

Self-unloading is located through the loading dock of the West Building

What if I have an Internationally issued certification/license?

What Is the Objective of Premiere Education?

To provide attendees with the following:

  • Content that is forward-thinking, relevant and actionable
  • Emerging trends, concepts, solutions and best practices that may be immediately implemented
  • Knowledge to develop growth initiatives and become a catalyst for innovation
Who Is Eligible to Present an Education Session?

Our event attendees are looking to hear from fellow beauty industry professionals. Premiere will, however, consider proven experts operating from outside the beauty industry on a case-by-case basis.

What Will I Need to Submit a Speaker Application?
  • Contact details including speaker name, job title, company affiliation, mailing address, email address, and telephone number
  • Brief bio in paragraph format
  • Session title
  • Five learning objectives that will explain what you are looking to deliver to attendees
  • Past speaking experience
How Many People May Speak During a Session?

Education sessions are limited to the maximum of two co-presenters. Panel discussions can accommodate up to three panelists plus a moderator.

What Does Premiere Provide to Each Approved Speaker?

For the Premiere Orlando Trade Show, each approved speaker is provided with a three (3) staff badges, one (1) 60 minute classroom presentation time and basic audio visual – screen and a/v stand.

Will the Session Be Recorded?

Most education sessions and panel discussions at Premiere Orlando are not recorded.

Are Handout Materials Permitted?

Speakers are encouraged to provide approved handout materials to attendees. Speakers may distribute hard copies in the sessions at their own expense. Promotional and sales-based literature may not be distributed at any time.

Can I Promote a Product or Service During the Session?

To maintain the program’s credibility and attractiveness, sales are prohibited in the education sessions. More specifically, education sessions may not be used as a sales platform for any speaker’s company, products, or services. However, speakers may exchange business cards and other contact information to interested parties to connect with them upon request.

Can I Sell Books, DVDs, or Other Products in the Education Session?

Sales are not allowed in the session rooms. DVDs and education books may be sold at the discretion of Premiere.
